Order Status

What’s the status of my order? How do I track my order? Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or text that will contain your tracking information. 

How do I change or cancel my order? If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at cs@ourlittlestand.com, and we will try to cancel your order for you. Please keep in mind, however, our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you need to change the shipping address after the order has shipped, many times this is not possible but if it is, there will be a $25 fee assessed. 

What’s the difference between an "order date" and a "ship date"? On most websites, "order date" and "ship date" are different. Order date is the date you placed the order. Ship date is the actual date in which we process your order and the package leaves our warehouse.

What are my payment options? We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American express, Discover, PayPal and AmazonPay.
Will my credit card be charged immediately? Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If any adjustment or cancellation takes place against your order, a refund will be issued immediately; however, depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect onto your account. 

*Please note that we work to process your order as quickly as possible so it may not always be possible to cancel your order. If a cancellation is needed please email us asap at cs@ourlittlestand.com and we will do our best to complete your cancellation for you.
