Return Policy

What is our return policy?

Many items on our website are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. The only exception to our return policy is in the event you received a defective item; we will gladly review whether an exception can be made on a case-by-case basis. Please email our customer care team at cs@ourlittlestand.com if there was a problem with your shipment within 5 business days of receiving your order. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-negotiable. 

How to make an approved return?

In the event your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and a packing slip to be printed. Please include the packing slip in the box; returns will only be accepted with the approved packing slip. Note that we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee, on a case-by-case basis.

How should I ship my return?

Pack and seal your package securely. You must enclose the packing slip we provide to you. Affix the approved return shipping label and bring it to the recommended carrier. You must drop off the return shipment within 7 days from the date we approved your return.

When will my credit card be refunded?

In the event your return request is approved, and after we receive your package, your refund will typically take up to 7 business days to process. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You will be notified via e-mail listed on your account when your refund has been processed. Please note that your refund may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
